What watch-free is

A movie and TV guide that runs entirely in your browser. There is no application server and no database of ours: the page requests data directly from third-party providers and displays it.

The site hosts, stores and uploads no video file. What plays inside the site comes from sources that declare their content public domain or freely licensed, or is shown through the provider's own official player.

Privacy policy

What we do not collect

We collect no personal data, create no accounts, set no tracking cookies, and run no server that logs your visits. Your name, email and IP address never reach us, because there is no "us" to reach — the site is static files.

What is stored on your device

The site uses browser localStorage to keep:

• Your chosen language and preferred content source.
• Your saved list and where you stopped in each title.
• A TMDB key, if you enter one yourself.
• Machine-translated text, to avoid re-translating it.

All of it stays on your device only and is sent to no one. Clear it any time from your browser settings (clear site data).

API keys

A key you enter is sent from your browser straight to the provider that issued it (TMDB or Google). It never passes through us and is never stored in any project file. Since it is used client-side, restricting it to the intended service in the provider's console is wise.

Third parties your page contacts

When your browser requests data from them, they receive your IP address and browser information, and their privacy policies apply, not ours. We use the youtube-nocookie.com domain for the player where possible.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we collect no data from them because we collect data from no one.

Acceptance

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

Permitted use

The site is provided for personal browsing. You may not:

• Use it to distribute content you neither own nor are licensed to share.
• Disrupt it, or abuse or circumvent provider rate limits.
• Redistribute provider content in breach of their terms.

The content is not ours

All titles, descriptions, images and video belong to their providers and rights holders. We display what their public interfaces expose. We do not review every item by hand, and we rely on the licence each provider declares — a declaration that can be wrong when made by an uploader.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" with no warranty: sources can break, titles can disappear, and machine translation can be inaccurate. We accept no liability for damages arising from use, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Changes

These terms may change. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Copyright & takedown (DMCA)

We host no file. The site is an interface over third-party data; files live on their servers, not ours — so there is nothing on our side to delete at the source.

Where a complaint actually belongs

Because the content is hosted by the provider, the fastest and most effective route is to contact them directly — YouTube, or whichever provider applies. Removal at the source removes it everywhere it is displayed, including here.

If a title shown here is yours and you do not want it displayed, write to us and we will exclude it. Please include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work.
• The page link or the title identifier as shown here.
• Evidence of your standing (owner or authorised agent).
• Valid contact details.
• A good-faith statement and confirmation the information is accurate.

We exclude reported titles upon reasonable verification, with no lengthy process.
